INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Through the Service we collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information." Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as your IP address, MAC address, device ID, anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal Information includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as a name, address, phone number, payment information, email address, login information for third party sites and other information which you submit to us through the Service.
Information You Provide Us
In order to create an account ("Account") and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. When you create an Account using the Service, we will ask you to provide us with your email address or mobile phone number and the type of content you are interested in viewing on the Service. You will also have the option of uploading a picture of yourself to associate with your account. If you are interested in a paid subscription, we will ask you to provide your first and last name, billing address, and credit card information. You may also create an Account using your login information for a third party website (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) (a "Social Network Site"), in which case you give us permission to access your Social Network Site username, profile picture and other information from your profile, such as your friends, interests, likes, etc.
The Service allows you to send an email inviting others to try out the Service, and also provides other means of sharing content and promoting the Service. If you choose to refer friends in this manner, we will ask you for your friend's email address and/or mobile phone number and will automatically send them a one-time email inviting them to try using the Service. Your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove their email address from our database.
Information Collected From Your Device
We collect information about the mobile device or computer you use to access the Service, including without limitation the hardware model, operating system and version, browser type, device identifiers, mobile network information, and geo-location (via GPS, Wi-Fi, IP address or cell tower proximity). We will also collect information about how and for how long you use the Service, what content you view, metrics regarding video and network performance, and other performance data such as crash logs or error messages.
Our Policies Concerning Children
The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 years of age or anyone else under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete that information and the associated Account.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you and to provide you with the Service. For example, we use Personal Information to: (i) register and service your Account, (ii) solicit feedback and respond to your questions, (iii) provide technical support, (iv) inform you about additional content or product or promotional offers, and (v) track and serve advertising. We may also sell or rent your Personal Information, alone or in combination with your Non-Personal Information and activity history on the Service, to third parties in connection with the above purposes, to analyze your behavior on Social Network Sites, or for any other legitimate business purpose. Lastly, we may share your Personal Information with our third party service providers (e.g., payment processors, software developers, etc.) in order to allow them to provide services to us with respect to the Service. However, we have mechanisms in place to ensure that any third parties with whom we share your Personal Information maintain the confidentiality and security of that information.
We use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service, customize and enhance the user experience, track trends and analyze use patterns on the Service, and provide information about the Service and its use to actual or potential advertisers.

Sharing Information with the Government or As Otherwise Required by Law
Lotus cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may therefore disclose any information we collect about you or your use of the Service if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Lotus, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
We will retain the information you provide us, or information that is generated or collected automatically, for as long as is necessary to provide the Service to you or to fulfill our legitimate business purposes. You may contact us at email@example.com and request deletion of your Account and Personal Information at any time. However, we may store de-identified Non-Personal Information indefinitely.
You may opt-out of certain data collection by means of the privacy settings in the Apps. If you no longer with to receive product or promotional offers from us via email, you may unsubscribe from such messages using the links provided in such emails for that purpose. However, we still require certain basic information about you to be on file with your Account, such as a working email address or phone number, in order to use the Service.
Lotus and our service providers implement security measures designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure or accidental loss or destruction. We utilize appropriate physical, technical and managerial safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from or about our users. Specifically, all user information is stored on servers secured by two-factor authentication and 2048-bit RSA transport layer security. We employ various measures to help protect operations from power failure, physical intrusion, distributed denial-of-service attacks, network outages, data loss and data theft through hacking or software vulnerability exploits.
